For months, Planned Parenthood and the women, men, and teens who rely on us have been under attack like never before. Extreme anti-choice groups and their allies in Congress have tried to bar Planned Parenthood clinics from all federal funding. They have sought to discredit the doctors, nurses, and medical staff who dedicate their lives to improving women's health. They have flooded the media with attacks not only on Planned Parenthood health centers, but also the women who turn to these clinics for basic care.
We've seen too often what happens when the anti-choice fringe takes control of the national conversation about women's health and rights, and we cannot let these attacks go unanswered. Right now, we have a chance to stop it from going any further — but only if we demonstrate how critical Planned Parenthood services are to the three million women, men, and teens who rely on us every year, who are now at risk of losing access to basic care.
If every woman who has ever been to a Planned Parenthood clinic — that's one in five American women (and a whole lot of men) — raised her hand, we can't be missed. So, if you're one of us, raise your hand and stand with us.If you are not one of the 1 in 5 American women who has been to Planned Parenthood but want to support them, please stand with us here.
